About this project
The "Ingredient School" project promotes empowerment and social inclusion through sustainable cooking workshops, aimed at young people from public schools and women in vulnerable situations.
By transforming the relationship with food - from planning purchases to making full use of it - the project provides practical skills and fosters local income generation.
In addition to the workshops, participants have access to a digital platform with materials on entrepreneurship and sustainability, receive a digital recipe book, and advice on developing sustainable businesses.
Everyone receives a certificate of completion, recognizing their competence in sustainable cooking.
