About this project
The "Sustainable Cooking" project is a program of digital workshops aimed at women in situations of high social vulnerability.
Focusing on the sustainable use of food, the project covers all aspects, from the planning of purchases to the integral use of the ingredients.
In a series of six workshops per city , held in São Paulo, Rio Claro, Joinville, and Manaus, participants learn to create their own sustainable recipes, culminating in the production of a digital cookbook.
The result is the training of 1,200 women, providing the possibility of generating sustainable income for their communities through cooking.
