Created in 2024initiative Socio-emotional Skills initiative is part of the Human Development pillar of NTICS Projects and was born with the aim of strengthening people and communities through emotional education, empathy and creativity.
Our aim is to support teachers, children and teenagers in the public school system to develop fundamental life skills - such as self-knowledge, communication, empathy, self-esteem and resilience - making them agents of transformation in their realities.

Training teachers means multiplying impact.
O Essential Knowledge strengthens public school educators through hybrid, practical and innovative hybrid, practical and innovative trainingwhich combines face-to-face meetings, live online classes and access to an exclusive digital library.
With a focus on skills such as active listening, non-violent communication, self-knowledge and building a life projectthe program offers real tools for teachers to bring more empathy, acceptance and purpose to the classroom.

A new look at the future for young people.

The project awakens self-confidence, empathy, gratitude and self-responsibilityreduces school anxiety and strengthens young people's vision of leadership. Through playful and practical activities, students learn to see new possibilities for themselves and the world.
