INITIATIVE SOCIO-EMOTIONAL SKILLS
Developing People to Transform the Future
Created in 2024, the Socio-Emotional Skills initiative is part of NTICS Projetos' Human Development pillar and was born with the aim of strengthening people and communities through emotional education, empathy and creativity.
Our aim is to support public school teachers, children and teenagers to develop fundamental life skills - such as self-knowledge, communication, empathy, self-esteem and resilience - making them agents of transformation in their realities.
HEALTHY HABITS INITIATIVE
Proposals with a real impact on people's lives
In the My Healthy Habits initiative, the NTICS works to spread good practices in search of a healthier and more promising future for all.
Our projects use playful activities, such as theater presentations, workshops, and lectures, to teach about the importance of values such as healthy eating, constant physical exercise, and conscious consumption.
The goal is that the participant not only adopts new postures in search of a better quality of life, but also replicates the information in the family environment and in the community, contributing to the development of a generation that is more conscious and healthy about itself and the world.

Using innovation and technologies as tools for inclusion, creativity and protagonism, preparing children, young people and communities for challenges
In its Social Technology initiative, NTICS works to empower and drive individuals and companies to build a fairer, more effective and more prosperous ecosystem for all.
We believe in empowering individuals, communities, and companies will provide throughout Brazil, giving them the necessary tools to create, develop, and structure businesses that generate profit, but also positive impacts for society.
Through workshops, training, and development programs, our focus is on capacity building for the labor market, the improvement of small producers and traders, and the generation of sustainable and inclusive sources of income for families and communities.
SENSORY EXPERIENCES INITIATIVE

Created to democratize access to culture and awaken new perspectives on sustainability, the initiative Sensory Experiences initiative promotes activities that bring together art, education, gastronomy, regeneration and social impact. Each project is a unique experience that connects emotion, creativity and awareness, transforming communities, schools and cities into more inclusive, sustainable and inspiring spaces.
