The project, through theoretical workshops on ESG and Diversity and Inclusion, along with creative workshops to express understanding of these topics and talks with professionals, seeks to stimulate a new outlook on the world throughout its implementation. The workshops aimed at high school students not only provide a more comprehensive understanding of these topics, but also prepare students to face the challenges and seize the opportunities of the contemporary world.

By learning about responsible business practices that promote equal opportunities, diversity, transparency and ethics in relationships with employees, clients and the community, students are equipped with values that are increasingly demanded by the job market and organizations. In this way, ESG and Diversity and Inclusion education in schools contributes significantly to the development of social and environmental awareness among students, preparing them for a future in which sustainability and equity are fundamental.
