In the My Healthy Habits initiative, the NTICS works to spread good practices in search of a healthier and more promising future for all.
Our projects use playful activities, such as theater presentations, workshops, and lectures, to teach about the importance of values such as healthy eating, constant physical exercise, and conscious consumption.
The goal is that the participant not only adopts new postures in search of a better quality of life, but also replicates the information in the family environment and in the community, contributing to the development of a generation that is more conscious and healthy about itself and the world.

MY HEALTHY HABITS TRUCK IN SCHOOLS
Impacting lives by promoting healthy and sustainable habits and building a more resilient society.
The Healthy Habits in Schools Truck project promotes a circuit of interactive activities and encourages a healthy routine with good nutrition, mental health care and exercise for children, young people and educators.
With a focus on health, well-being and sustainability, the project offers workshops for teachers, enabling them to multiply healthy habits among their students. Sowing seeds of change from an early age, the Healthy Habits Truck aims to build a healthier and more prosperous future for everyone.

My healthy habits | Public school students and teachers
HEALTHY HABITS PROGRAM
Turning students into multipliers of healthy lifestyles that transcend the school walls, reaching their entire community.
Focusing on elementary school students, the My Healthy Habits Program promotes a healthy lifestyle through interactive activities and educational games. It aims to cultivate a mentality of well-being and health among participants, encouraging them to become ambassadors of this message to their families and community.
With an emphasis on a balanced diet, regular physical activity, mental health care and changing habits, the project aims to offer more health and disposition to society. In addition, all the actions carried out in the program are measured and reported to demonstrate the positive impact in terms of sustainability.
Deliverables:
- Opening event;
- Workshop for teachers on food and nutrition education;
- Educational workshops in the classroom;
- Developing a healthy living project with the students;
- Ideas fair with prizes.
