Empowering micro-entrepreneurs and students through practical knowledge and building sustainable local businesses.
The Cultural Business project provides an opportunity for micro-entrepreneurs to strengthen their skills by developing innovative strategies that boost the growth of their businesses. Through online workshops and specialized mentoring, participants have access to essential knowledge to make their ventures more sustainable and conscious.
The program focuses on raising awareness among students, entrepreneurs and future entrepreneurs about the importance of incorporating sustainable practices into their businesses, regardless of their size or sector. The project offers two knowledge trails, the first for people who own a company and want to improve their business, and the second for people interested in starting their own business. The project ends up being their impetus in the business world.
Deliverables:
- Online immersions and a knowledge trail on sustainable entrepreneurship;
- Digital consultancy mentoring;
- Digital platform with complementary material;
- Strategic partnerships with SEBRAE, universities and trade centers;
- Lectures in schools to introduce entrepreneurship in a practical way.

Preparing the entrepreneurs of the future to innovate in business in a sustainable, equitable and resilient way.
The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program is a project that prepares elementary and junior high school students for the job market of the future, with an emphasis on entrepreneurship and sustainability. Through lectures, interactive activities and innovative electronic games, participants are encouraged to understand the importance of entrepreneurship with awareness and social responsibility.
The program aims to give young people a comprehensive view of emerging professions and new ways of working in the market, contributing to a fairer and more equitable future.
Deliverables:
- Training workshop for teachers and educators;
- Workshops on careers of the future and contemporary notions of the job market;
- Ideas fair with prizes for the winning team.

#ROBOTICS IN SCHOOLS PROGRAM
Empowering young people through creativity, autonomy and problem-solving for a future with less waste and more sustainability.
The Robotics in Schools Program combines innovation and sustainability in an educational context. Each student receives a personalized robotics kit, which enables them to create toys and utensils using recyclable materials. The project addresses fundamental issues of our time, encouraging creativity, autonomy, problem-solving and the development of manual skills.
With this integrated approach, students are taught physics, electricity and a robotics kit, and are encouraged to think of creative and pragmatic solutions, understanding the importance of combining innovation with care for the environment.
Deliverables:
- Individual robotics kit;
- Practical workshops on physics and robotics concepts;
- Robotics fair with popular jury awards;
- Theater with the theme;
- Workshop for teachers with certification.
